Fridays 9:30-10:30 @ Lifestyle Centre

Mommy focussed fitness classes. Functional training to make your whole body stronger. Safe for postpartum and challenging for all levels. You'll meet the most awesome group of moms in these classes. Please note that you can bring all ages of babies and children (yes! you can bring all your kids!).
